Today is Fit Friday!
What will you do today to increase/maintain your level of fitness??

No exercise or activity is too small, it all counts!

Today, I challenge you to try as many of the exercises listed below that you can. Even 1 exercise and better than 0. Just go for it!

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Push-Ups (Please modify as needed)
  • 10 Crunches
  • 10 Squats
  • (Repeat 3 times if you can!)

      1. I am 68 and retired now although I am a caregiver for my husband. When we used to go to the beach for a week, I would be up as the sun was rising, and walk 10,000 steps before breakfast. Would walk all day, apart from meals. Now I spend as much time with my husband as I do walking.

    means found any fascinating article like yours. It is lovely
    value sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all website owners
    and bloggers made just right content as you probably did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
